Your dedicated Xact Consultant will work closely with you to define the requirements of the role, search for relevant candidates, refine the search if required, organise interviews, prep candidates for interview, take references and negotiate offers of employment.

Our recruitment process has been developed to enable us to fully understand the key criteria of the job vacancy through in-depth requirement questions and transparent communication with hiring managers.

From this, we pre-screen suitable candidates sourced through detailed CV searching and telephone interviews. Upon submission of CV’s, we assess the suitability of the candidates with the hiring manager / recruitment specialist and adjust the search accordingly if required.

To make your life easier, we always provide a cover sheet for each CV which highlights the candidate's relevant experience, availability and location.

Wherever possible, we also obtain verbal references for every candidate that is invited to interview, ensuring that skills, attendance, punctuality and teamwork are in line with your expectations.
