Our client is a technology-focussed agency based in the very heart of London.
They are looking for an Account Director to take over the leadership and development of a major named retail account.
As one of the fastest growing independent advertising production companies in the UK, they demonstrate service excellence in all traditional and non traditional areas of production.
We need an Account Director who understands technology and is passionate about working in the digital space.
You should be an entrepreneurial individual with the ability to both manage and expand the account, and become a central part of the agency helping other teams with their customer’s requirements to ensure that the highest possible quality of service and innovation is provided at all times.

Requirements:
- Extensive skills withn advertising, digital, direct or production management environment
- Ability to manage teams to deliver high quality work
- Proven skills in presentations/pitches, proposals, media leadership and consulting
- Deep understanding of the advertising landscape and prior successes in managing large scale client relationships
- Strong business development skills in selling media projects to business and technology clients
- Ability to manage internal, distributed and outsourced teams to deliver on time and to spec
- Proven ability to succeed in a matrixed structure
- Proven track record in organic and new business development
Skills:
- Excellent personal presence and impact. Able to make a positive first impression and possessed of exceptional influencing and networking skills.
- Articulate, incisive and with clarity of thought that enables constructive and lasting colleague and client relationships.
- Empathetic and flexible in style. Ability to accommodate with differing styles and attitudes from the various functions internally and also new business opportunities, and adjust approach accordingly.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 plus medical plan, life insurance and 25 days holiday
