Our client is one of the world’s leading digital marketing agencies with offices across the globe. You will be based in their West End offices.
They are looking for an Account Director to look after their high profile clients.
The Account Director is the primary client contact for the management of search marketing programs.
You will understand clients’ needs, work with the internal team to implement search marketing programs that meet those needs, and deliver presentations and recommendations directly to the client.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Represent the agency to the client at all levels.
- Maintain and communicate project status including issues, deliverables and project progression.
- Set and manage client expectations.
- Forecast future performance on campaigns and potential for growth.
- Supervising a team of Account Managers and Search Marketing Specialists including recruitment and performance monitoring.
- Planning new campaigns and coaching Search Marketing Specialists and Account Managers in the details of implementing those campaigns on Google, Yahoo and MSN.
- Understand client's business, industry, competitors, key drivers and environment.
- Ensure delivery of campaigns on time, to brief and budget
- Monitor budgets, ROI and schedules.
- Lead the Account Management team in strategic endeavors.
- Responsible for owning strategic client relationship at C-Level
- Direct account team to ensure delivery of campaigns on time, to brief and budget
Requirements:
- Proven, in-depth account management experience with extensive client facing skills
- Search engine marketing experience is a must
- Presenting experience, internally and externally to all levels
- Budgeting and forecasting experience
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent is preferred
- Line management experience
- Direct marketing and or display experience a plus
- Excellent verbal/written/oral communication skills
- Fluency in English. Other European languages desirable
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data
- Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrate empathy and commitment to the client, proven ability to manage expectations
- Fluency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Salary:
Account Director: £55,000 – £60,000
