Our client is a well established award winning agency looking for an Account Manager to join their London based team. The role is to provide exceptional service to two of their large accounts.

The successful candidate will manage all of the elements involved with all print and digital campaigns to do with their accounts, from processing the brief to billing. You will possess the ability to communicate with clients in a professional manner to secure the required campaign.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage all campaigns from receipt of brief  through to billing
• Be the point of contact for all of the clients requirements ahead of time to ensure smooth and timely campaign activation
• Build and maintain a daily campaign status report highlighting areas for concern
• Provide weekly inventory availability reports to the commercial team
• Work closely with the Head of Creative to help prioritise the workload for this team
• Keep the clients update on the progress of their campaigns

• Confident using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of the online media environment

Education/Experience:

Required

• Degree educated
• Knowledge of working with print and digital media

Preferred

• Working  with a telecommunications or technology client
• Working knowledge print and digital media
• Design experience a definite plus

Salary: £20,000 - £28,000 dependant on skills
