Our client is a national food company with offices in High Wycombe. They are looking for a Campaign Project Manager to join their large marketing department within the own brand marketing team.

 

The own brand marketing team is responsible for marketing the company's own brand foods, making sure they have the right own brand choices to help their customers succeed.


The Campaign Project Manager role will manage all own brand projects to ensure the company is delivering projects on time and in full, and helping them work towards ensuring they have got the right own brands for our customers.

 
What do you need to be successful in this role?

 

Have you got proven experience in marketing campign and launch project management? Great – you’ll need to be a strong project manager.

 

You will need great communication skills, strong Microsoft Excel skills or project management software skills and be used to working in a marketing environment.


You’ll need to organise central teams to ensure all own brand projects are completed by relevant owners on time and in full, mapping out all timelinse and key priorities to assign owners to each task.

 

This will include working with category teams to support their plans and help prioritise new product development.


We’ll need you to be flexible in your approach, along with the confidence to do things differently to fit in with changing circumstances.

 

Have you got the passion to influence others to get things done bringing customers, suppliers and colleagues with you on your journey?

Are you a good listener? The company listens to their customers and sales teams and acts on their feedback, so listening and giving feedback is something you’ll need to do every single day!


You will need to come up with new ideas and ‘think outside the box’, demonstrating that you are a champion of innovation on a daily basis and encourage/inspire your colleagues and customers to adopt new ways of working.

 

Work well as part of a team? You will need to work cross functionally with buying, sales teams and suppliers. And in marketing it’s all about teamwork – so if this is something you’re good at then you will fit right in!
