My client is a trail-blazing social media marketing company. They create and produce campaigns, pages, utilities and games on social networks for brands, clients and digital agencies - They're writing the book as they go.

They're looking for a full-time talented Social Web Developer to join our team in Soho, London. Salary based on skills/experience.

Skills required:

• Strong Actionscript 3 skills
• Commercial Flex and mxmlc experience
• Competence with Photoshop/Illustrator
• Some Flash timeline and animation experience
• Understanding of server remoting, real-time comms, FMS

Nice-to-Have:

• Familiarity with the Facebook AS3 API
• Adobe AfterEffects skills
• HTML/Javascript experience
• Some exposure to Amazon EC2 infrastructure
• Experience with version control systems (CVS, subversion, git, etc)
• Server side scripting languages – PHP, Python, Perl, Ruby
• Experience creating games
