Our client is a market leader in Cloud computing managed services.

They are currently in the market for a  Degree educated Technical Service Desk Consultant to join their team based in Reading town centre.

You will provide pro-active support to my client’s end user customers and channel partners across our cloud services and enterprise storage, backup & data protection solutions and we are looking for someone who is dynamic, hardworking and can think for themselves.

The candidate must be a graduate with 2+ years IT support experience, ideally supporting Windows Server 2003/2008 and with basic networking and VMware experience.

If you have Unix / Linux experience that is a bonus, any storage experience will be reviewed favourably eg EMC, NetAPP, Compellent. As will candidates with online backup experience.

The salary for this role is £20,000 - £24,000 negotiable depending on skills.
