My client is the largest provider of vocational training in the Active Leisure sector, with turnover projections of £17m in the current financial year.  They specialise in drawing down funding and managing government funding to deliver work-based learning through strategic partnership with employers. 

They operate in both business and consumer marketplaces, providing solutions to both employers and individual learners.  Their thriving classroom-based training team provide a wide range of fitness and leisure courses direct to consumers at locations around the UK. 

Working very closely with the Sales and Marketing team, you will provide the technical leadership that helps to fully exploit CRM, in turn supporting their revenue growth and customer loyalty.  You will ensure that Microsoft CRM becomes the core application, develop the supporting processes across the entire business from lead generation through opportunity management and account management, making it the single source of information relating to existing customers, contacts and potential opportunities. 

What you’ll actually do:

You will be responsible for the configuration, integration and management of Microsoft Dynamics CRM v4.0, as well as working with teams to produce systems and process requirements, designs and specifications.
You will:

• Lead on technical input into CRM system architecture and design
• Develop CRM processes in order to meet business requirements
• Create and maintain technical documentation relating to the system design, liaising with IT support teams and other support teams
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to colleagues

What you’ll need:

Ideally, you’ll have development experience with Dynamics / Microsoft CRM environment; configuration, design and deployment.  Other development experience with C#ASP.Net and SQL Server experience would be an advantage.  You will be able to show examples of previous experience of gathering, documenting and acting upon business requirements.

• Ability to respond to end user requests and requirements
• Experience of working with Microsoft Sharepoint and its deployment would be highly advantageous

This is a permanent role based in BRISTOL so you must live within commutable distance or be prepared to relocate, there is no off site working available with this position.
