Our client is a nationwide property company with offices across the UK. They are looking for a Marketing and Bid Manager to manage the company’s marketing budget, manage the bid process for all new and existing sales opportunities and to manage all third party relationships.

This role would be based at their offices close to Birmingham International Airport.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage all marketing activity to promote business including direct mail/email, online, print collateral, telemarketing and PR
• Identify and manage the third party suppliers for the marketing function
• Manage and build relationships with 3rd party relationships such as commercial property agents and consultancies
• Effective management of the tender/bid process (RFPs, presentations etc)
• Maintain and develop relevant sales materials to support business development activities
• Oversee the website to ensure it is up to date and relevant
• Keep the business informed of new business opportunities
• Support the principles of treating customers fairly through all actions taken in the job role
• Any other duties in line with business requirements.

Experience and technical skills / professional qualifications required:

Essential criteria:

• Proven B2B marketing experience including the creation and management of multi-channel campaigns, collateral and managing 3rd party relationships
• Previous experience of B2B relationship management
• Tender and bid management expertise

Desirable criteria:

• Outsourcing market experience
• Property background

Salary:  £28,000 - £55,000 depending entirely on skills
