With a grown up, relaxed and fun attitude to work, we are looking for professional, motivated Recruitment Consultants who can manage their own time and have a proven track record in recruitment.

As a growing multi-discipline consultancy based in the very heart of Reading town centre close to the station and town hall, we are not the kind of company who will watch your every move and insist on long hours and pointless KPI’s.

We offer a variety of incentive schemes including weekends away, trips abroad, Michelin star restaurant meals, an achievable car target and drinks in the pub on sunny afternoons. You also get an extra day off on your birthday.

Every consultant also gets access to a telemarketing assistant to help you in building your market by finding you new clients within your sector.

You will be expected to find, manage and close your own clients and candidates to meet your revenue targets so if you need to stay late to get your work done, then so be it. But we won’t have you sat here all hours of the day just for the sake of it.

We do need professional recruiters who want to come and get the job done, earn some money and have fun doing it.

The successful candidate will be able to show a proven record of sourcing candidates/clients and managing campaigns from start to finish.

You will have developed client relationships to encourage repeat business and have an in-depth knowledge of:

• Technical aspects of your sector
• Creating candidate searches
• Canvassing
• Direct marketing through emails
• Commercial understanding of terms of business
• Negotiating with clients and candidates
• Market rates / skills availability within your sector
• Closing candidates and clients

Applicants must be able to provide evidence of their earnings through commission statements / payslips and demonstrate their achievements compared to targets.

Salary and commission:

Starting salary: £20,000 and £30,000 depending on skills and previous billing

Commission: £50,000 - £70,000 total year 1 OTE (uncapped) with achievable targets plus incentive schemes
