The role and the required candidate:
We are looking for a Scrum Master with Project Management experience to manage several development teams, to coordinate and drive the “sprints” through Scrum and Agile techniques and to track and report progress up the organization.
You will need to meet the following requirements:
- Proven experience as Scrum Master in project management roles
- Commercial experience in a software development environment
- Working experience within a corporate environment is preferred
- Mobile network background is highly desirable
Additionally, candidates should have first class interpersonal skills, be tenacious and resilient and be able to communicate across an international matrix organization.
Package: £55,000 - £60,000 base salary (potentially higher for the right candidate), private medical insurance, pension contribution (5%), daily lunch contribution, free parking, as well as career development opportunities. |
