Our client is a one of London’s top accountancy practices and they count some of the world’s foremost legal firms as their clients.
They are looking for an eLearning Instructional Designer to join their training department and develop a suite of eLearning products that will be at the forefront of financial training within the legal sector.
You do not need finance or legal sector experience to apply for this role.
This is a 6 month fixed term contract role with the opportunity to become permanent for the right person.
Because eLearning is a relatively new concept within this sector, we are looking for someone who can work collaboratively with colleagues to analyse business / client requirements, design appropriate eLearning solutions and develop the courseware materials using suitable digital / web tools.
The successful candidate will be a skilled eLearning Instructional Designer who has a passion for eLearning, can develop and transmit their own innovative ideas and assist their colleagues in understanding eLearning.
This is a 6 month fixed term contract with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
Required skills:
- Proven commercial eLearning instructional design experience
- Proven experience and excellence in creating engaging, quality content for digital products and blended learning solutions using a variety of publishing tools
- Enthusiasm for digital learning
- Methodical and self motivated
- Attention to detail
- Ability to deliver to agreed timelines
- Ability to work as a collaborative team member throughout the project life cycle
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Good numeracy skills
- Good knowledge of learning software: Articulate Studio, Articulate SDK, Camtasia and Adobe Captivate – any of the above is fine
- Proven knowledge of web authoring software
- Experience of using Flash for e-learning as well as basic mark up experience in HTML or HTML5
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 pro rata plus benefits
