Our client is a well-established and successful managed IT Services Provider based in the City of London, offering IT support, infrastructure management and cyber security services.  With offices across the UK and worldwide they offer a vibrant culture with a clear sense of purpose.

Due to growth they are currently looking to take on an Internal Account Manager to be based in the office 2 days a week and work from home for 3.  This is a junior position for an aspiring account manager who wants to learn and gain experience in a fast paced and dynamic technology services provider.  You will work alongside and support the external account managers with day to day communication, sales administration and solutions negotiation.

Duties:

  • Support the external account management team with client communication and sales administration. 
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with clients. 
  • Assist in developing new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets. 
  • To assist in creating sales proposals and quotes for existing clients. 
  • Account management of smaller client accounts. 

Requirements:

  • Experience in the technology services sector. 
  • You will have a proactive approach to sales and account management. 
  • You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Career focused and results orientated. 
  • Good time management and planning skills. 
  • You will have a confident and cheerful personality. 

Salary and benefits:

  • Basic salary of £25,000 to £30,000 depending on skills and experience.
