Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as a Cloud Support Engineer to be based in Reading working for a well-established Managed Service Provider?

Main Duties of the Role

  • You will implement, manage and operate services running within the Cloud environment
  • Monitor and respond to tickets in a timely manner
  • Identify and address undetermined issues
  • Working with various teams to support on-going maintenance
  • Weekend work to carry out migrations
  • Part of the on-call rota when required

Your Skills and Experience

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • You should have solid experience of:
    • Microsoft 365
    • Azure Active Directory
    • Active Directory
    • Exchange
    • Mimecast

Salary

  • £30,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience
