Main Duties of the Role

• Ensure that the internal systems uptime is maintained at the required level
• Ensure compliance with the defined security policies
• Maintain an accurate asset register
• Ensure all systems and devices are updated and secured in a timely manner
• Ensure that backups and business continuity procedures are adhered to
• Ensure the Change Control Procedure is followed at all times
• Make recommendations on potential improvements to internal systems to improve service levels and security
• To ensure all work undertaken is logged on the Service Management System accurately and kept up-to-date
• Be a part of an on call rota

Your Skills and Experience

• Experience within a similar role
• Solid experience of Windows server and user OS 
• Storage and Backup management experience
• GPO and scripting knowledge
• Good Microsoft SCCM experience
• Good MS Intune and Autopilot experience
• MS Dynamics support experience
• Experience of managing End Point Protection

Salary

• £30,000-£35,000 per annum depending on experience
