Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as a 2nd Line Support Engineer for a Managed Services Provider based near Milton Keynes?

Your Skills and Experience

  • Taking responsibility for your personal call queue, ensuring that all calls are closed in a timely fashion. Logging detailed and accurate information into the Call Management system.
  • Updating customers and ensuring a good level of communication is maintained
  • Escalating calls to the third line team when needed.
  • Perform software builds/re-builds on across a number of devices.
  • Fix hardware faults and install upgrades to client hardware.

Your Skills and Experience

  • 3+ Years IT Support experience
  • Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10 operating systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of Active Directory & Group Policy Management
  • Experience with Microsoft Exchange and Office 365.
  • Experience working with Windows Servers
  • Managed Service experience is a bonus

Salary

  • £24,000-£27,000 per annum
