Main Duties of the Role
• Carry out IT skills gap analyses
• Design technical manuals and user guides using simple language
• Conduct role-specific training on software
• Train new employees on proper use of hardware and software
• Research and put in place appropriate learning systems
• Provide training on how to use in-house systems and other commercial software
• Maintain updated records of training and materials
• To assist in the implementation of applications including, upgrades, testing and documentation.
• To be proactively involved in proposals and implementations of improvements to systems

Your Skills and Experience
• Experience of working as an IT Trainer
• Proactive, initiative curious and passionate about improvement
• Experience of working with users to provide help and identifying support needs
• Knowledge and ability to self-teach and pick up systems quickly
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to deliver technical information to non-technical people
• Previous experience of IT support in a busy environment.

Salary
• £28,000-£31,000 per annum
