You will be responsible for delivery of services from the 3rd line support team. You will be providing technical guidance and support to your team.
Main Duties of the Role
• Implementing personal development plans for your team
• Point of escalation for technical support issues
• Documentation of resolutions and updating documentation
• Identifying and implementing of service improvement opportunities
• Project delivery support
Your Skills and Experience
• 5+ years’ experience in a 3rd line capacity with some experience in a similar role
• Demonstrable people management skills
• Azure, Office 365, Windows Server.
• Strong experience with other server technologies
• Windows client desktop management
• Networking technologies and principals.
• Experience of writing PowerShell scripts and implementing automation.
• Experience of Incident, Problem and Change Management
• ITIL certification
• £60,000-£65,000 per annum
