Main Duties of the Role
• Ensure Systems are operational enabling employee duties to be carried out.
• Ensure all Internal Systems are secure and patched regularly.
• Ensure working practices are adhered to
• Process development – work with SDM towards continuous improvement.
• Technically advise other team members.
• Ensure Application Support incidents are within budget.
• Generate/Modify reporting Solutions using appropriate tools

Your Skills and Experience
• Windows Server OS/ Linux OS installation / Server Virtualisation
• Windows/Linux Security
• Basic understanding of networks
• Microsoft Office
• Experience of SQL
• Linux experience highly desirable
• ITIL qualification (desirable)
• Microsoft Azure certifications (desirable)

Salary
• £25,000-£30,000 per annum
