Our client an exciting Start-up Software Company who provide a SaaS platform to the Charity sector. They are currently expanding the team and are hiring for a dynamic Business Development Manager to maximise New Business Sales and support and continue to grow the existing business through cross & upselling their value adds.
Reporting directly to the Directors, this is a critical Business growth hire demanding someone with proven closing abilities, strong networking skills, the tenacity to open new relationships and quickly spot new opportunities, to access decision makers who immediately see the compelling case for adoption of their products and services.
Work with management to create and execute strategies to facilitate the achievement of the overall sales targets.
Generate, secure and deliver demonstrations/consultations to new business customers from a base of prospects, but also self-generate.
Quickly and effectively manage key opportunities through to confirmed demonstrations and then converted sales.
Work closely to ensure marketing and sales are aligned to maximise sales and ensure all marketing activities have a good return on investment.
Support and facilitate a favourable working relationship with partners.
Maintain an awareness of competitors and their activity, industry news and market influences
Support Client retention programs and assist in minimising client “turnover”
Salary: £28,000 plus commission (£40,000 OTE)
Flexible working available but the ideal candidate would be commutable to Stourbridge.
