Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as a Payroll Administrator for a successful Accountancy Practice based in Sutton, Surrey?
Main Duties of the Role
- Processing 180 company payrolls per month, 15 weekly payrolls and 6 bi-weekly payrolls on Iris Payroll Bureau software
- Ensuring all statutory payments are included
- Setting up and running auto enrolment pension schemes
- Telephone contact with clients and answering queries
Your Skills and Experience
- 3+ years’ payroll experience within a Practice or Bureau environment
- Up to date knowledge of all payroll legislation including SSP, SMP, Tax, NI, RTI auto enrolment
- Ability to manage workload and complete jobs within deadlines
- Iris Payroll software experience is a bonus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrable attention to detail.
- Competence using MS Office applications
Salary
- £25,000-£30,000 per annum
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays (25 days after 1 years’ service)
- Office hours Mon-Thurs 8.30-5.45 & Fri 8.30-1.00pm
