Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as a HR Manager to be based in Welwyn Garden City?

Main Duties of the Role

  • Preparing employee contracts.
  • Assisting during employee onboarding
  • Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Maintain and implement HR policies and guidelines
  • Answer and provide support for employees to address HR related issues
  • Design and implement an overall recruitment strategy
  • Collaboratively create and update job descriptions with hiring managers
  • Screen incoming resumes and applications
  • Conduct interviews and reference checks
  • Manage the entire recruitment process ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
  • Review current HR polices and processes and suggest ideas for continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Proven experience within a similar position
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Degree in human resources management or similar

Salary

  • £45,000 per annum
