Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as a 2nd Line Helpdesk Engineer to be based in Wigan?
Main Duties of the Role
- Log, triage and manage incoming support requests, via phone, email and alerts
- Monitoring of alerts, raise & escalate tickets as required
- Keep tickets up to date and create technical documentation
- Incident escalation as required
Your Skills and Experience
- Experience in a similar role (ideally within an MSP environment)
- Confident attitude with excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Windows Server 2008-2019 support and administration experience
- VMWare & Hyper-V
- Experience of Office 365, Exchange & Azure AD
- Good understanding of Networking
- Experience in an ITIL environment
Salary
- £27,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience
