Main Duties of the Role
- Provide IT Support to customers over the phone and email whilst keeping the ticketing system up-to-date.
- Maintaining internal documentation

- Experience within a similar position
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Microsoft Desktop & Server, Exchange, Active Directory, 365
- VMware / Hyper-V
- Configuring and supporting Firewalls and Switches
- Knowledge of ITIL
