Are you looking for a new contract opportunity working as a Service Desk Engineer for a successful Service Provider based in Bristol?

Main Duties of the Role

  • Provide IT Support to customers over the phone and email whilst keeping the ticketing system up-to-date.
  • Maintaining internal documentation

Your Skills and Experience

  • Experience within a similar position
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Microsoft Desktop & Server, Exchange, Active Directory, 365
  • VMware / Hyper-V
  • Configuring and supporting Firewalls and Switches
  • Knowledge of ITIL
