Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as a 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer to be based in Wigan?

Main Duties of the Role
• Answering calls & emails
• Creating & distributing tickets
• Fault diagnosis & resolution
• Monitoring of alerts, raise & escalate tickets as required
• Supporting basic Cloud and Networking tasks
• Build and setup internal & external hardware/software

Your Skills and Experience
• Experience in a similar role (ideally within an MSP environment)
• Confident attitude with excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Experience of Office 365
• Experience in an ITIL environment

Salary
• £24,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience
