Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as a Senior Support Engineer to be based in London?

Main Duties of the Role

  • Provide high quality technical support 
  • Manage and prioritise incoming support requests via phone, email & monitoring alerts
  • Escalate incidents when required
  • Complete technical documentation and update tickets to a high standard
  • Network troubleshooting

Your Skills and Experience

  • Experience within a similar position (ideally within an MSP)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience within an ITIL based environment
  • Windows Desktop Operating systems
  • Windows Server 
  • VMWare and Hyper-V
  • Office 365,  Exchange Online, Azure AD
  • Backup solution experience desirable

Salary

  • £45,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience
