Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as a Senior Support Engineer to be based in London?
Main Duties of the Role
- Provide high quality technical support
- Manage and prioritise incoming support requests via phone, email & monitoring alerts
- Escalate incidents when required
- Complete technical documentation and update tickets to a high standard
- Network troubleshooting
Your Skills and Experience
- Experience within a similar position (ideally within an MSP)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience within an ITIL based environment
- Windows Desktop Operating systems
- Windows Server
- VMWare and Hyper-V
- Office 365, Exchange Online, Azure AD
- Backup solution experience desirable
Salary
- £45,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience
