Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as a Service Desk Analyst to be based in Derby?

 

Main Duties of the Role

  • Answering calls & emails
  • Creating & distributing tickets
  • Fault diagnosis & resolution
  • Monitoring of alerts, raise & escalate tickets as required

Your Skills and Experience

  • Confident attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Experience dealing with problems around database availability and utilisation
  • Some SQL knowledge
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Experience working with Service Monitoring tools

 

Salary

  • £18,000-£21,500 per annum, depending on experience
