Main Duties of the Role

• Providing support to users/administrators of the platform
• Manage and resolve all issues.
• Proactively manage customer expectations
• Create scripts to automate tasks or to enable faster troubleshooting
• Help in development and mentoring of team members
• Be a part of an on-call rota

Your Skills and Experience

• UI development or support experience
• Experience in: CSS, AJAX, ReactJS, GraphQL, AngularJS, Mobile application development
• Reading and debugging Java and JavaScript code
• Troubleshooting experience using browser developer tools
• Advance knowledge of the components in cloud/web applications and experience in Application Support.
• Scripting languages
• Experience with relational databases
• Solid experience writing or debugging Object Oriented code
• Experience using Linux/Unix OR Microsoft Server
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
