Weβre hiring on behalf of an expanding Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Maidenhead that is looking for a Service Desk Engineer to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st & 2nd line IT support via phone, email, and remote tools
- Assist in the delivery of IT projects, both remotely and onsite
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking
- Manage system builds, deployments, and routine maintenance
- Deliver excellent client service by understanding needs and resolving issues promptly
About You:
- 2+ years’ experience in IT support, ideally within an MSP environment
- Full driving licence (site visits required)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Able to prioritise workloads and solve technical problems independently
- Working knowledge of:
- Active Directory, Windows Server (2012+), Windows 10+
- Microsoft 365 and Office administration
- Intune and Entra (formerly Azure AD)
- Networking: DNS, DHCP, routers, switches, email configuration
- System builds, deployments, and maintenance best practices
