Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as a 1st Line Support Engineer to be based in Witney, Oxfordshire?

Main Duties of the Role

  • Providing 1st Line Support to customers via phone and remote tools providing excellent customer service
  • Logging tickets, and escalating when required
  • Prioritising workloads and action tickets in line with SLAs
  • Maintaining documentation accurately and keeping it up to date

Your Skills and Experience

  • Experience within a similar position
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Windows Desktop Operating Systems
  • Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory
  • Hardware Support
  • Full driving license

Salary

  • £25,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on experience
