We’re on the lookout for a Defect Manager with the confidence to take charge of defect triage, reporting, and resolution in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be the driving force behind how defects are identified, tracked, prioritised, and resolved — working across stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams to keep delivery on track.

What You’ll Be Doing

Owning defect management across all testing phases (ST, SIT, UAT, NFT)

Leading defect triage with clarity and confidence

Ensuring every defect is crystal clear, well-documented, and properly prioritised

Acting as the single source of truth on defect status, impact, and resolution

Building trusted relationships across clients, suppliers, and delivery teams

Producing accurate, impactful reports that cut through the noise

Helping to evolve and improve defect processes, tools, and frameworks
What You’ll Bring

5+ years of hands-on defect management experience in high-stakes programmes (preferably financial services)

Expertise in tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps

A cool, analytical mind with strong attention to detail
