5 years. Half a decade. That’s how long Xact have had to put up with me – I think they deserve a medal!
From my first time meeting the Xact team, I knew it was somewhere that I wanted to be, but never did I think I’d be writing this 5 years later!
Here’s a few highlights of the past 5 years:
- Helped secure roles for lots of people
- 2 office moves
- 3 Promotions
- Countless rewards & incentives (personal favourite has to be the MacBook I’m writing this on, but Disneyland comes a close second!)
- Annoyed Ben every minute of the working day
- Made more than 1200* cups of tea (self proclaimed Tea Manager💁♀️)
The point of this post isn’t to gloat about my achievements, but to say thank you to Ben & Charlotte who have took me under their wing the last 5 years, it hasn’t always been a walk in the park but you have made me the Consultant I am today.
So thank you Ben & Char for putting up with and believing in me from the start, investing in my professional development continuously, making me cry a few too many times and pushing me when I need it. It’s nice being able to wake up on a Monday and not dread it.
Thank you for 5 years, and hopefully for many more!
