Main Duties of the Role

• Provide 1st line technical support and call logging services
• Provide technical advisory and diagnostic support service to customers
• Provide remote network monitoring and management
• Ensure that all reported technical issues are dealt with efficiently and professionally ensuring that they are recorded accurately and resolved within agreed SLA’s
• Monitor call queues to ensure that calls are being escalated and resolved swiftly

Your Skills and Experience

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems and applications
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VLANs

Salary

• £23,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience
