Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as a 2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer to be based in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire?

Main Duties of the Role

  • Work with the ICT Managed Service team to overcome any issues. 

Your Skills and Experience

  • At least 3+ years’ relevant experience working within a support or hosting operations environment
  • Google for Education, Class Charts, GDrive, GADS.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office 365 and Microsoft Server Operating Systems 
  • Good working knowledge of:
    • Veeam 
    • Virtualisation technologies including VMWare and Hyper-V
    • VLANs and VPN configuration 
    • Server-based client services (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, NPS, GPO’s) 
    • PowerShell scripting
    • SAN technologies
    • Server & Infrastructure hardware 
    • Understanding of Firewalls, Smoothwall, SonicWALL
    • Understanding of Safeguarding Filtering solutions, Lightspeed, Smoothwall. SafetyNet

Salary

  • £30,000-£36,000 per annum, depending on experience
