Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as a 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer for a successful Service Provider based in Bristol?

This will be a hybrid opportunity with an alternating shift pattern including an afternoon shift.

Main Duties of the Role

  • Provide 2nd Line Support to customers over the phone and email whilst keeping the ticketing system up-to-date.
  • Manage tickets escalated from 1st line members
  • Maintaining internal documentation
  • Attending customer site when required

Your Skills and Experience

  • Experience within a similar position, ideally in an MSP environment
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Microsoft Desktop & Server, Exchange, Active Directory, 365
  • VMware / Hyper-V
  • Configuring and supporting Firewalls and Switches
  • Knowledge of ITIL

Salary

  • £27,000-£30,00 per annum, depending on experience
